About Me...
My name is Margaryta Andryushchenko
I am a holistic health/life coach and an expert in human connections & relationships. I accomplished a thriving decade-long career in emergency management as well as project management at the federal government level. I have a Bachelor’s in English from Fresno Pacific University, a single-subject teaching credential from Sacramento California State University and a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from Champlain College. I have many interests and forever will stay curious and in awe of the world around and within me.
In emergency management, I worked with a plethora of stakeholders from the White House to nonprofit organizations. After witnessing the effects of chronic stress on people’s health (including my own) during COVID-19 extended shutdowns, declining quality of life and my personal burnout, I left that career to start my own health & wellness coaching practice feeling a deep calling to work directly with individuals seeking healing, life fulfilment and no-bullshit realignment of their lives to their hearts' desires.
Anchored in trauma-informed principles and mindful habits, I guide individuals who feel stuck and don't want to live in discontent but don't know where to go from here. Together, we identify the specific stagnant energies, where these pain points originated, and work to heal the problems at their root. Simultaneously, we consciously tend to the 4 aspects of health -- physical, mental, emotional, spiritual/energetic -- to bring everything back to alignment and harmony because EVERYTHING IS INTERCONNECTED and nothing stands alone. I then support my clients to design the vision for the life they want for themselves and stand alongside them as they take actions to move towards that vision.

I am a certified health and wellness coach through Zura Health Academy, yoga teacher and somatic breathwork facilitator through the Sacred Movement Academy.
